Hello! I’m Matthew Mingoia, a digital content producer and editor from Staten Island, NY, and a summa cum laude graduate of SUNY New Paltz with a B.A. in Digital Media Programming & Management and Digital Media Production.
My work spans various fields, including digital marketing, content strategy, public relations, film production, post-production, and social media management. As a Digital Marketing Intern at Cineverse, I created campaigns and analyzed performance data in a fast-paced entertainment environment. Across 7 SVOD channels and feature titles, my work has been viewed, cumulatively, over 8 million times. The beginning of my career was spent on the social marketing team for Terrifier 3, where our work contributed to the film becoming the highest-grossing unrated film of all time. But that was just the beginning for me.
At the Woodstock Film Festival, I assisted in the marketing and operations of the event's historic 25th Anniversary, working to promote titles such as the Academy Award-nominated film, No Other Land, and Best Picture winner, Anora. I also edited episodes of their promotional podcast, "Let's Talk Film!".

On campus, I served as Head of Marketing & President of Hawk Studios, SUNY New Paltz’s student-run video production club, where I boosted Instagram engagement by 455% and TikTok profile views by 337%. Serving as President, I oversaw productions, managed a creative team, and expanded the club’s digital presence through design, editing, and content creation. Under my term as President, the club became the biggest media organization on campus and stood out as a haven for student production and creativity.

I am passionate about content creation, and I find value in every aspect of my work in the media industry, whether it is post-production, digital marketing, public relations, or videography.
